I work primarily as Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.   I use my skills to help adult and older adolescent clients cope with DepressionAnxietyStressChildhood Trauma, problematic Interpersonal relationshipsCross-cultural communication, and Life Transitions, as well as Burnout & Panic.  

My work tends to focus on Emotion Regulation and Attachment Styles with the kind approach of Self-Compassion.  I facilitate my clients' development of greater connection with themselves.  When they connect with themselves, they recognize their feelings, explore new approaches to handling negative emotional experiences, as well as toning down their self-criticism, and increasing self-acceptance.   And once they connect better with themselves, they find it easier to connect with others as well.

My clients frequently report experiencing inner growth that consists of "knowing and understanding themselves", together with a sense of satisfaction as they gained more control over their own lives.
